Our Services

  • Audiologic Evaluations: Adults
Pure tone and speech audiometry is performed to determine the type and degree of hearing loss as well as to determine how well speech is understood once it has been made sufficiently loud.
  • Audiologic Evaluations: Pediatrics
Our facility is equipped to provide a full range of assessment techniques designed to evaluate infants and children of all ages. Play audiometry, visual reinforcement audiometry, tympanometry, otoacoustic emissions testing, and brainstem auditory evoked response testing are available.
  •  Hearing Aid: Sales & Service
We carry a wide selection of affordable, cosmetically appealing digital and programmable hearing aids from various hearing aid manufacturers which include a three year lost/damage and repair warranty. Our specialty is to determine which device best suits your listening needs.

Our facility can service all hearing aid brands at a reasonable cost.

  • Hearing Aid Evaluation
This is a series of tests that have been developed to assess what type of hearing instrument would be most beneficial for an individual's hearing impairment. Generally, a generic description of the hearing aid's specifications is then discussed with the client, and the availability of a trial period with the recommended hearing instrument follows.
  • Real Ear/Acoustic Resonance
This computerized imaging test demonstrates the degree to which a patient's hearing loss is being improved (for tonal hearing) when wearing hearing aids. This test also validates the appropriateness of the overall loudness and shape of the amplification that the patient's hearing aid is providing for the given hearing loss.
  • Hearing Aid Maintenance Service
These services should be performed on all hearing aids at regular 6-month intervals. This is to help ensure a hearing aid's proper working condition. Services include cleaning of the aid and ear mold, computer hearing analysis, and any necessary tubing or parts replacement.
  • Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs)
For some individuals, hearing aids are unable to adequately provide sufficient amplification for speech understanding. A viable alternative would be an assistive listening device such as an infrared system, a frequency modulated (FM) transmitter system and/or an amplified telephone. When appropriate, individuals are evaluated to determine which ALD would be most beneficial.
  • Tinnitus Evaluation
This special study quantifies the frequencies and intensities of the tinnitus (head noises) that a patient experiences. This information is useful in mapping out an appropriate management program for the patient suffering from tinnitus.
  • Noise Protectors and Custom Earmolds
Custom earmolds for cell phones and iPods, noise protectors and swimmolds are available in a variety of colors.
